Residences Loumia

About the Project

Residences Loumia is a multi-property luxury hospitality platform based in Cameroon, presenting several residences under one cohesive booking experience. The build combines high-fidelity visual design with scroll-driven motion, built to feel as considered as the properties it represents.

The Problem

A GSAP ScrollSmoother implementation was causing an intermittent scroll-to-top bug that broke the browsing experience on certain page transitions. On the booking side, each residence needed its own inquiry routing, a single generic contact form wouldn't communicate which property a guest was actually asking about.

The Approach

Traced and resolved the ScrollSmoother scroll-to-top bug at its root rather than patching around it, restoring smooth, reliable scroll behavior across the site. For booking, built out Contact Form 7 forms with multi-residence email routing, each property's inquiries are automatically directed to the correct inbox, so nothing gets lost between residences.

What I owned

Interface implementation, motion troubleshooting and property-specific enquiry routing.

How the work creates value

The experience balances luxury presentation with reliable browsing and accurate routing for several residences.
