Fashionista

Fashionista Africa, real landing page as it appeared when live

About the Project

A WordPress build for Fashionista Africa, a fashion brand. The screenshot above is the real, live landing page as it appeared while the site was in production, not a mockup.

The Problem

Building a fashion-forward storefront that felt visually confident and on-brand, on a timeline and budget that fit an independent African fashion label rather than an enterprise retailer.

The Approach

Built the site in WordPress for ease of ongoing content management by the client, with a layout structured around strong product photography and clear navigation to shop and about sections.

Current State

The client has since let the domain lapse, so there's no live link to share, the screenshot above is preserved from when the site was active.

What I owned

WordPress implementation and responsive storefront presentation for an independent African fashion brand.

How the work creates value

The layout gives product photography and brand identity priority while keeping navigation and content management straightforward.

What this case study proves

The website previously operated in production. The client later allowed the domain to expire, so the preserved screenshot is the public evidence available here.
